Healthy Lifestyle Feature Image

The health industry has grown in manifolds due to awareness in common masses. A healthy lifestyle can be the greatest gift to ourselves. As every coin has two sides the health industry has also cashed in on the insecurities of the populace. Acceptance is necessary for either of the genders. The health industry created the general image of the perfect body and everyone tries to achieve that level. This creates a humdrum and dangerous race of body shaping. The rise of social media has made us more vulnerable to the hullaballoo of society. The trends which are set by influencers are driving people to this trend.

Body Image and Health Industry

A person should adopt a healthy lifestyle, but not at the expense of his/her hobbies. We count calories of food items rather than to savor it because of the health tips given by their health coach. Obesity is a disease, but the mindset regarding this disease is also a crucial factor in determining the overall well being of an individual. A study by Rebecca Pearl from Penn’s Center for Weight and Eating Disorder showed that people with negative body image are at a greater risk of health diseases. According to the study, they examined 159 individuals who were subjected to a questionnaire regarding depression and their body image. All the participants were tested for diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. The participants were broken up into two groups. The group, which has less negative body image internalization has also less number of diseases. It shows us that no matter how much exercise you do, positivity is the key factor in determining your overall well begin. The basic principle of what you eat is what you are should be followed. Your body is your key asset and a healthy lifestyle is not limited to only decreasing calories and gym. It is necessary that apart from the mundane expectations of society you should always wear a beautiful smile. The body which we have is not a dustbin but our greatest wealth.

Health and Business

The fitness and health industry has boomed in this pandemic. Private institutions such as hospitals and clinics have acquired massive profits from wailing patients. A healthy lifestyle is ensured by our own choices and doctors. This health disaster shows us that Indian hospitals have become money-making machines. According to an India spend report that hospitals are indulged in malpractices such as charging the patients every time they visit their family members in the hospital. It is evident from these factors that even though you are following a healthy lifestyle the system will scam. Awareness is necessary in today’s world to make yourself healthy and fit.

Healthy living will ensure that your life will be full of peace and content. The institutions and industry are the culprits. They make you believe that your body is not of any worth. Doctors and hospitals may scam you for your money. Regardless of this maintain your health so that it is the true currency of joy that can help you to achieve success in your life. When in your own eyes you will enjoy yourself, then only you can live to the fullest.
