Friendship is the basis of any healthy relationship in the world because it is only with a friend that you dare to bring down your inhibitions and insecurities. It helps you flourish in adversities, nourish in despair. It is pulsating to think of a person who does not have a friend or relation as good as a friend.

Unraveling the ‘aporia’ within the self
When one begins to think of technology, the one thing that comes to mind is the accessibility of everything on our fingertips. One click and ten thousand things to scroll down brings in a lot of options to think about and choose from.For example, I enjoy baking and am always on the lookout for new recipes and a google search provides me with thousands of mug cake recipes to choose from. The options are overwhelming in my mind and consume a lot of my time and energy. Having said that, I find the best recipe for a novice like me to begin with but the crucial thing is to be able to get my ‘sweet’ desired result along with a balanced time spent on looking for it on the internet. Hence, it is important to know and examine the relationship that I share with technology.
PERFORMATIVE ACTIVISM: THE DEBATE CONTINUES
Most of us would be familiar with the famous #BLM or the #BlackLivesMatter, a movement that seemed to ‘explode’ all over social networking sites (in July 2020), with unprecedented magnitude- encompassing voices and support from the protest against the systematic oppression of the black people or a sign of standing up against police brutality; but you might be surprised to know that the slogan ‘black lives matter’ was in fact fabricated in 2013. The movement seemed to blow up only last year which led to the popularization of the term – performative activism.
